That's how it should be! But was your second visit was more than 30 days apart of your first visit? Because that's apparently the culprit.

Ok so best option just go to Phangna or redo the documents and go the appointment I got in Phuket on the 23rd. My licence expires on the 8th. If I walk-in in Phangna do you get the license the same day, or they make also a second appointment?

Then why are there so many variations some people need new certificates and some don't? Depends the officer you get then I guess?

if you check in somewhere, the owner is obligated to file TM30 for you. Everytime. Shouldn't be a problem as is all online now. But you can just ask.
