1. Meds are cheap & over-the-counter here.

2. Not legal to have RX's in your possession in some else's name, in any country.

3. I'm sure there are legal ways to do it that involve powers of attorney, etc., but WHY?

Do I need to register with local police when arriving in Thailand, or does my hotel take care of it?

Landlord required to do it within 24 hours (at immigration or online) but you'll be held accountable if not for the fine.
