 reapply again . I do the same just now and got confirmation email . Before I register on 1st Feb got code but no email .

 yes … still reviewing … anyway ,saw your post they had email to you after your re submission. I also try just now . Yes , they had send me confirmation email with code . Wait for next 3 days . Their system is bad .
