TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can extend your 30-day visa in Thailand for an additional 30 days. The extension typically costs around 3000 THB. For assistance with the extension process, you can contact the Tourist Visa Center (TVC) for guidance.

very simple to extend by yourself, which is done for 1,900 baht. If you're paying more than that then you're being ripped off and/or using an agent.

No, you are from Singapore and arrived visa exempt. Visa on arrival is for 15 days and applies to 19 nationalities. As I stated your visa exemption can be extended in country for another 30 days.

visa on arrival is only 15 days. I think you mean you entered on a visa exemption for 30 days. This can be extended in country for another 30 days.
