TLDR : Answer Summary
The email regarding your hotel reservation indicates that it was rejected. Although the hotel itself is approved, your specific reservation at that hotel was not accepted. It is advised to contact your hotel directly for further clarification and consider reapplying for the reservation.

I would not wait in my opinion as your registration was rejected and is no longer being considered. I’m in the same position and contacted the hotel and have re-applied again. Still waiting.
