Why is my detail missing in the Thailand Pass system despite my hotel confirming my Test n Go?
Hotel had approved my Test n Go and I got confirmation code .but why Thailand Pass department said they don’t have my detail in their system ?

It normal sometimes system not work you can login again and later again me too I checked every day for my thailand pass approve sometimes they say no have in system sometimes have and now my thailand pass approved
