A single entry tourist visa for Thailand is valid for 90 days from the date it is issued. Travelers have 90 days to enter Thailand after receiving the visa, and upon entry, they will receive a 60-day stay stamp in their passport. This stay can be extended for an additional 30 days, allowing for a total stay of 90 days in Thailand. Note that a flight ticket purchase is typically required to obtain the visa.

the only thing is you have to buy ticket first to get the visa..
I’m from the uk. Can I still get a visa on arrival (30 days isn’t it?) then can I extend and pay once I’m there or will I have to have proof of outbound flight!! Thanks
British don't get visa on arrival. British can enter Thailand without visa for a stay of 30 days that can be extended once for 30 more days. Outbound ticket is mandatory though.
ok I understand but if I have an outbound ticket booked when I enter but say it adds up to say 45 days would they let me enter which would mean I would then extend before my 30 days are up?
Think its online now but you still have to drop off passport, big white building orchard road cannot miss it, next to one of my favorite burger restaurants Hans Im Gluck top veggie burgers there.
does it mean I am given 30 days in Thailand , but I can extend another 30 days . Total : 60 days . That’s means there is no changes in visa given . I think they given longer tourist visa this period.
thanks you for your information … anyway . Can I extension 60 days . Total 90 days . Is that possible ? Last time I use to go into Laos n burma . But situations now . I think is hard to do that to extend my visa .
No you can only extend once, better off for now getting tourist visa @ 60 days then extend 30 days. Nobody knows when borders will open. You should know that same as causeway say soon then cancel all year
