I'm quite sure. When I used the code to check the registration status, it showed that there was no record of my registration.

After I reapply with gmail, I checked the status and it showed pending of approval.

Thailand pass system had problems with certain email server. Hotmail is one and now Yahoo. What email did you use?

Not the approval. You will receive a confirmation email first. If you don't receive the confirmation email, it's mean that your registration didn't go through.

I applied on Feb 1 with Yahoo mail. got the code but no confirmation email. After a day I suspected that they still have problems with certain email server. So I applied again with gmail and got confirmation right away. So, make sure that you check email for confirmation.
