Can anyone help

Applied for Thailand pass received confirmation email with code. When checking on line to check progress says information not registered

I think it says this while waiting on hotel confirmation. Mine said that for a day and now is back to “pending”. Just an idea and I might be mistaken.

yes I had the same problem and 12 hours later it came back to “under review”

same apply on 1st got email and code when checking today show information not registered very confused now my flight soon ans worry
