I would agree with this. Remove all processed food groups from diet and that includes rice , grain and anything in a tin or a packet. A diet of protein with some leafy greens is likely to drastically reduce inflammation, maybe even banish it altogether.

I have used these many times. You get what appears to be a ticket reservation that will satisfy the airline you fly with and immigration in the unlikely event they ask you.

yes of course but she did not include that info in her post. If she wants to visit neighbouring countries she can do that but her post suggests she wants to achieve a three month stay using visa exempt then visa, I don’t think that’s possible. If she wants uninterrupted 3 month stay I think the best option is enter on visa then extend at immigration for 30 days

I don’t think that is correct. ( what you ask in your post) You can only use the visa when you enter. If you want to get three months then enter on the visa and then before the 2 month period ends you pay 1900 baht at the immigration office to extend by 30 days.

If you enter visa exempt then in order to use your visa after 30 days you would need to leave Thailand and re enter on the visa. This will cost you more time and money than entering on visa then extending.

not wanting to start an argument or a long thread here but my understanding is a Q plate is only issued now if there is doubt about the history of a vehicle. If you have documents to prove its age and legitimacy then the likely outcome is when registered you are issued with an “age related plate” ie one that equates to year of manufacture. Granted I’ve never imported a vehicle but I have looked into it and have owned several Japanese imports which were all on “age related plates”. Maybe your experience is different.

I’ve been coming to Phuket about

times a year since 2021 with no hassle, I usually stay two months then head back to UK for at least a month sometimes 2 months in UK, never had any issue at immigration. I always have proof of my accommodation, 20,000 baht in cash and proof of onward travel , never had any issue although I’ve been asked to show proof of onward travel a few times.

If it’s a tourist visa for a short term visit it’s an easy process. There is an online form with UK immigration. You can get a standard visitor visa that will allow get to stay up to 6 months per visit. You can get a 6 month 2 year 5 year or 10 year visa. These are multi entry visa’s that allow multiple visits of up to 6 months at a time. You will need to upload various documents, proof of address and employment in Thailand , passport, proof of address in UK, letter from host or sponsor and proof of funds.

Once the fee varies depending on length of visa. Once you submit the application and pay the fee your wife will need to go to VFS global office in Thailand , there are several , she will need to hand over her passport and have her biometrics taken. They will also scan any documents you want to submit for a fee. Once visa is granted she goes back to VFS global to get her passport.

It’s a very simple process and an agent is not necessary. If you are wanting her to live in Uk I have a friend who is a UK based immigration lawyer, but it’s a difficult and lengthy process.
