that’s true, the visa exempt could be changed back at anytime. What do you mean you can enter twice a year? I read that visa exempt has not specific limit unless the immigration officer thinks that someone is living in Thailand long term
Hi David, I was wondering that myself. Is there any advantage to a METV with the new immigration rule? Perhaps just guaranteed entry for that 6 month duration in case they have too many visa exempt stamps.
Hi Brandon. Just to clearly, we’re assuming they received their 90 day non-O visa from their home country embassy, correct? Applying for it once already in Thailand requires an established bank account with the required funds. Please correct me if I’m mistaken.
Thanks for the reply. From my experience, the DC embassy is quite particular with regards to accurate, excessive documents. I’ve read from other members that their embassy seems more lenient. Congrats on your approval. Btw, how much is the cost here?
Hello. I’m from the DC area. For remote worker, other than work contact you said they requested tax return, letter and paystub? Could you please elaborate. Thanks
I’ve had great experience with Krungsri. Much shorter lines than other banks, app works great and I can use my bank card at any ATM in Thailand without a fee.
