Quick question (I’m sure it’s been covered thousands of times).

For a 30 day extension of a TR visa do I need to provide TM-30 form? I’m getting conflicting answers to this question.

Thank you very much.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The requirement for the TM-30 form when extending a TR visa by 30 days varies by immigration office in Thailand. While some respondents indicate that it is necessary, others note that it depends on the specific office, particularly in Bangkok where it may not always be required. It is advised to check with the relevant immigration office for clarity.

Depends on the immigration office. It's hit-or-miss for Bangkok, but required at most other immigration offices
