I don’t know if you will get over the line for your “medical “ treatment

1.Purpose: Applicants must seek medical treatment in Thailand, such as long-term care, rehabilitation, or specialized treatments offered by Thai healthcare providers.

2.Healthcare Facility: Proof of confirmation or letter of appointment from an accredited hospital or medical center in Thailand.

3.Financial evidence: You must provide proof of funds totaling at least 500,000 THB. Evidence which are accepted could be recent bank statements that reflect the financial requirement is met, or a sponsorship letter.

4.Medical Records: Applicants may need to provide medical records justifying their treatment in Thailand.

Previously you needed to have done a 90 day report to get a residence certificate.

But now atleast in Bangkok that’s not the case.

You need a TM30 to get a residence certificate, so all you need at the drivers license office (land and transport) is residence certificate medical certificate and your IDP.

I highly recommend you just pay an agent to get your residency cert and license 👌

oh yeah fair enough, I would probably read into that more also. When transferring the condo into your name, they will want to see the transfer coming from overseas as a “foreign “ transfer to the owners account.

I’m sure you are on top of it but yeah I know you can directly transfer from a Thai account for valid condo ownership 👌
