They have some responsive issues with their website. If you stretch the browser wider, you’ll notice an icon on the right side appears that allows you to upload I believe.

Click on all status then you will see on the right three symbols I think it’s the first one you need to click then upload from your pc

you should click on the bell in the top right corner and from there go on and upload the documents. use a different browser in case that doesn't work properlyJef ********
Try a different browser, ( it’s been a while since I had to do it )
