TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses whether a traveler needs to do an in-person report while holding a DTV visa upon leaving Thailand for a short business trip to Singapore. Comments clarify that since the individual has been in Thailand for only three weeks, they do not need to complete an in-person report at this time. Other comments mention that 90-day reports are required to be in-person unless extensions are filed, and that re-registration via TM30 should be handled by the landlord or an agent.

TM30 needs to be re-registered. Landlord or agent should do that for you

On DTV every 90 day report will be in person ( unless you extend in country)

If you have only been here 3 weeks then you won’t need to do a report 👌
