thank you tod šŸ™šŸ¼here’s the situation I’m worried about:

Me going back to Thailand long term on a work visa (or DTV), wishing to extend for a year, while having an old trailing spouse extension that wasn’t cancelled properly.

At the same time, my spouse (separated) would still be working in Thailand.. so I won’t have any cancellation documents from him

Sorry if it’s too complicated..

again I don’t mind a fine. As long as they’ll let me live in Thailand long term. thank ušŸ™šŸ¼

yes, aslong as they give me a new extension I don’t mind being fined. But will it be ok if I don’t have any documents from that old extension?

not sure, but I would like to go back to live in Thailand- possibly a work visa for teaching or dtv šŸ™šŸ¼

sorry, I don’t mean to make things more complicated, it’s just that I’m talking about a situation of a separation.. so I’d be possibly cancelling that old expired extension while the spouse is still in Thailand working on these extension ..😩

I didn’t think it wont be gone, I just know that there’s an issue with leaving without canceling, so I wanted to make sure it won’t hurt future long term stays

-year extension, I will be able to cancel that old expired one at immigration when applying for the one year?
