TLDR : Answer Summary
When coming back to Thailand on a Non-O extension as a trailing spouse of a teacher, you primarily need to show your passport stamp and the re-entry permit. There's generally no requirement for a return flight or proof of funds.

Nothing else to show. If asked by your airline show them your PASSPORT STAMP AND REENTRY PERMIT.
