I did 4 60day visits this year and on my 4 visit airport immigration question me as I'd hit the max 180days in 1 calendar year and I've never ever done a border run, i said I'd be changing visa to stay long term so they let me in, immigration are now getting more strict so my advice is to get a proper long stay visa if you plan on living here

can extend it at immigration for 30 days and once that's nearly ended do a border run and you get another 60 says and after that immigration to extend 30 days so that's your 6 months stay here😊

I've just moved house and the owner did a tm30 online but I had to also go immigration and fill in a tm28 and give them with copy's of passport and home contract
