Anyone can legally move to Thailand, marriage is not one of the requirements. Plenty of single guys legally move here because they enjoy the company of many women, not just one 😆

Last time I was in Hua Hin I didn't see anyone under 90 years of age 😆. I don't think it's the hotspot for DTV'ers

DTV holders are pouring into Bangkok. Three condos in my building which have been empty since covid have been snapped up by DTV'ers. The Thai landlords are loving them. That's just one building. They're everywhere. This Visa has taken off like no other. It's not just digital nomads, I know two retirees who have switched from non-O to DTV because of the easier conditions. I plan to do the same next year when my current non-O expires
