Banks stopped stamping statements a couple of years ago, but yes immigration initially wanted the original computer print-out. However, CW now accepts the emailed statement along with updated bank book

It gives full twelve months. The current month plus 11 is twelve months. The requirement is 12 x 65k transfers leading up to the date of application.

It's not stamped by the bank as it's sent to your email address. You'd have to ask at Jomtien if they accept it. I can only talk of CW

No need to go to the branch. The statement is sent to your email. You print it and present it to immigration. It's accepted at CW

The full year statement is available from the Bangkok Bank app. You send the request and you get the statement next day
