It's a little longer than that.

On average it's 5 minutes per traveler so a group of 4 is around 10-15 minutes.

Many still arrive at the airport without it, and have to complete it there, so it's not stopping anyone from flying.

Your TDAC shows up on their screen.

If you did not complete it they would have not let you pass.

Can be up to 1 year 😄.

The way it works is the first minute the system will allow submission for your case it's issued to you (midnight thailand time).

Fewer, around 2 million, and as we’ve mentioned, over 97% of users used our platform completely free of charge.

The only time a fee applies is when someone chooses to submit earlier than 72 hours or orders something like an eSIM, which can be especially helpful for large groups or travelers with complex itineraries.

Some users also face language barriers. The official system supports only 5 languages, while ours supports 76.

We see clear spikes in usage whenever the official system goes down or has issues, so it’s important for travelers to have reliable alternatives.

You can visit our About page to see the benefits of using our free portal, including resumable forms, full editing and resubmission, and individual TDACs for group submissions.

If the passport number + name was entered correctly then the system shows all previous TDAC submissions.

But if you do not have the QR, or document if things are slow they may stop you before you get to the counter, so its better to just save a copy (at minimum the TDAC number, or QR).

The official TDAC form (

only allows submissions within 72 hours of your arrival in Thailand. Once you’re within that window, you can even submit after landing, directly from the airport.

If you'd prefer to complete your submission earlier, we offer an optional early submission service for 272 THB here:

*******************************

With this option, your form is automatically submitted at the very first minute you're eligible—midnight at the start of your 72-hour window—ensuring the fastest possible approval (can be useful depending on connecting flights, layovers, and travel plans).

More details about this system, its also free if you are within the 72 hour window:

The government system sometimes has errors like this where the download is not available, and the email does not get sent, or even worse you are sent someone else's TDAC.

If you're within the 72 hour window you can use our system here for free which overcomes both of these issues, and detects them:
