We see clear spikes in usage whenever the official system goes down or has issues, so it’s important for travelers to have reliable alternatives.

If the passport number + name was entered correctly then the system shows all previous TDAC submissions.
But if you do not have the QR, or document if things are slow they may stop you before you get to the counter, so its better to just save a copy (at minimum the TDAC number, or QR).

The government system sometimes has errors like this where the download is not available, and the email does not get sent, or even worse you are sent someone else's TDAC.
