I am not sure of your exact circumstances, but the normal rate for Thai electric is between 4thb-5thb per unit. Sometimes owners can charge renters up to 8thb just to suck a few more baht out of them. Immoral yes.. Illegal no.

going to Immigration prior to the application and asking them for their latest list of req’s is almost infallible.

They will have a printout of req’s so you can easily ‘tick’ them off as you prepare.

there are many of those types of people here in Thailand who love beating their chest… putting people down by pretending to know everything which I believe it to be a form of ‘bullying’.

When you meet these so-called scum/bullies, it doesn’t take long to realise they often know shit and lie about things to make themselves look better and feel better… personally I have not been able to even finish a small beer when they show their true colours 🙆🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ would rather drink alone than listen to their dribble
