Signing up for a Google (or YouTube) account is non exclusive. Just because he has a channel doesn't preclude anyone else, Thai or otherwise, from creating their own and doing what he is doing. In fact, they could actually support each other by collaborating with their content.

YouTube is not a Thailand company, it's an American one (Google). He is not working for a Thai company or taking employment away from a Thai.
