the landlord does not have to give out their login details to tenants for a successful TM30 application.

If the tenant gets approval from landlord to submit the TM30, the tenant will then register online with their own login details.

The tenant may need certain details from landlord for the TM30.

I thought 1,000 for each re-entry permit. That is why people say if you are leaving/going 4 times or more in a year, get the multi-entry when you get your retirement extension.
