Hello, I need help and advice about the DTV. I'm 61 and living in Krabi. I want to apply for the DTV with the medical option, but am getting the run around from my online agent. It seems that I'm getting a different person every time I use the chat (Line) app for a question, and the requirements list keeps changing. Who has had success with the medical option, and where did you get your info?

Thanks

I have been in Thailand for 30 years and have no medical insurance. No one has told me I have to get it.

thais sometimes skate around questions when they don't wish to give. Have you seen the particular embassy/consulates info page about DTV?

Have you researched MFA'S info as yet. Thats where ai would start. I also remember a post talking about medical so search this group.

Good Luck

The info they obtained will depend on the Embassy/Consulate used as they serve their own requirements
