Has anyone with the DTV left Thailand and re entered with it? And is there anything to prepare, or enter as usual?

Question regarding 90-day report. My husband is on a Non-B visa extension and he's done his first report in person at Chaeng Wattana back on March 11. We did an online report last week on June 6 (2 days in advance of the June 8th due date) and saw that it was rejected just this morning. TM30 is up to date and there's not really a reason stated on why the report was rejected. The only reason we could think of is maybe the "Arrival Date Thailand" on the TM47 application. He entered on a visa-exempt tourist stamp August 8, 2023, which was then extended to October 6, 2023. Afterwards, his company applied for Non-B inside Bangkok which was granted til December 9, 2023, which they then extended until December 3, 2024. So ever since arriving back to Thailand on August 8 last year, he hasn't been out of the country. Could this arrival date be the reason why the 90-day report is being rejected? Should we be inputting the last date of when he did his 90-day report instead in the "Arrival Date Thailand" portion? Thanks.

Undoubtedly a very well known answer to this... But a new situation for me and I'm having difficulty finding information on line - not least because Google Translate is awful at Laos..

I would like to have two close friends, married couple, Laos nationality, visit me at my Thai home. They have passports and have routinely visited Thailand using those passports. But they have a new baby, now 6 1/2 months old. Thus far, the baby has neither ID card nor passport, nor is noted on his Mother's passport.

Am I right in thinking that the baby needs his own passport in order to visit Thailand with his parents?

Just to double check:

I am on a 1 year extension of stay and shortly before my 90 day report is due, I will leave the country and be back by reentry permit a couple of weeks later. That means my 90 days will begin to count again from the day I return to Thailand, right? Hence I can ignore the original due date, correct?

Hello. I have a query for the knowledgeable on this list: On leaving Thailand, having arrived on a multiple entry non-o, on returning will immigration automatically give another 90 day stamp?

Many thanks in advance.

Hello.

I am hopefully entering Japan with a transit in Thailand for 6 hours, some time end of this month, and I had a few queries, if anyone could help.

1. I am using a self transfer flight from my home country to Thailand, and Thailand to Japan. Since it is a self transfer, will I be needing a transit visa for Thailand? The gap between both flights are 6 hours.

2. If I need a transit visa, will the visa be given on arrival or should I apply from my home country?

Hoping for some much needed help from this informative group!
