I am just telling you how it is , this has been bought up many times. The immigration officer feels he is using a visitors visa to stay here long term , and had no doubly told him to get the correct visa if he wants to stay here long term .

If you are saying you are staying 90 days then leaving for a few days and coming back in for a further 90 days each time for a year. No wonder , it looks like you here permanent. Which is not a problem if you have correct visa. You are taking the piss with what you are doing

Get a non-o visa on line before you arrive 90 days. You can extend whilst you here. I moved from Uk to roi-et in September last. Best thing I ever did was

I tried this with Bangkok bank in London , they said No. ( USA may be different mind )

this was in roi-et and it had changed from a few months earlier. The bank said we need letter from immigration , which was quite easy , they done it whilst I waited my Thai gf sorted it all out , This may not be case elsewhere, and it changes often

Get a non-o visa on line. 90 days. Get here then you need a letter from

Immigration , then you can get bank account. Once you have this get a 12 money extension ( you need

0 bhat in account ). Then you have time to sort marriage visa (the criteria changes often but this worked for me Dec 24)
