hi Stuart. These onward flight tickets for 10$, do they work? I’m trying to decide between booking a flight to Phnom Penh within my allowed days but a few people have suggested these onward tickets like you mentioned but feels a bit unusual. Just worried to have issues with it

I’m flying to Norway but I’ve got all the requirements in terms of papers for that. I’m thinking more things related to leaving Thailand such as the fit to fly certificate which I believe is unique to Thailand

similar situation for me. The fact Thailand’s on the U.K. red list now also sucks since the U.K. quarantine price is just ridiculous. Anyone thinking of coming to Thailand for a holiday should wait till the rules are relaxed, probably around new year.

I recently did the covid extension in Bangkok and They didn’t ask for any letter from the embassy. I will say though that I wouldn’t 100% rely on the covid extension to be able to stay long term as each immigration office is different and they could change the rules at any time.

hi Stuart. When to MTT today it was unbelievably quiet. The whole time I was there I think I saw 10 ppl who weren’t immigration. Only me and one other person there to do an extension. The whole process went smooth I made my copies near the entrance and they handed me all the forms; TM7, STM2 and a I don’t want to leave because of Covid form. Filled them out and handed it to the guy. I wasn’t sure what box to tick on the I don’t want to leave because of covid form so I ended up ticking the one that states the pandemic is still ongoing in my country.

Didn’t get an under consideration paper or anything. They didn’t ask more about the reasons for my extension. Just handed me my passport with the new 60 day extension.

Wasn’t expecting it to be that smooth or that quiet but pleasantly surprised.
