Unfortunately, Royal Thai Embassy does not have access to the Thailand Pass system. However, there are three channels to contact the team who controls this system. Please find information in the following link regarding your application status.

Please note that the result of your registration will be sent to your email within 7 business days after the system has successfully received your registration.
1. You need to allow at least 7 days prior to travel.
1. If you already have a flight booked up to Nov 7th, either change it or rush to get a COE.
"Thailand Pass will open for registration on 1 November 2021 at 09.00 hrs. We recommended you to register for Thailand new electronic entry document (Thailand Pass QR code) at least 7 days prior to your travel date. For travellers who have been granted COE (Certificate of Entry) and will arrive in Thailand from 1 November 2021 onwards, the COE is valid for entering Thailand. The travellers can update COE format which will mention the revised condition of stay complying with new entry regulations by downloading the new COE at this registration website (coethailand.mfa.go.th) or the link from your COE approval notification email."
Having trouble with updating COE info. My initial COE was rejected as they wanted proof of marriage and proof of insurance. I went back into the COE document to update it, provided the 6 digit code and my name. As soon as I tell it to process, it keeps asking me to "fill in the required information". What is it looking for and how do I get past this issue?
No STV or O and CoE received. Who has experience with the Thai embassy or consulate? It affects insurance over $ 100,000. The flight will be operated through the Phuket Sandbox program for 4 months in November 2021. All requirements were met and documents submitted. As requested by Thailand, the AIG (FLIGHT by Emirates) insurance company has confirmed in English that medical expenses including Covid-19 are insured up to a sum of 500,000 US dollars. That is more than 100,000 US dollars, but the Thai embassy has now explicitly requested a certificate that at least 100,000 US dollars are covered for Covid-19. The insurance company refuses to show the amount separately on the grounds that the contracts are worldwide, which meet the requirements of the Thai embassy and will therefore not be changed. What should I do ?
