I took test but app wouldn't work so I took clear photo of the result. Didn't email result to hotel but was asked for proof when I boarded plane at Ubon a week later when I boarded plane to Bangkok. No issues

i will get a thai pass too, same as I did last month when I was there on holiday. I don't need any help or information on that, thanks

Checked on UK Thai Embassy page and retirement visa on Non O doesn't show additional 40kb as a requirement. It does for OA & OX. Covid cover $100,000 is shown but i had more than enough on 2 weeks insurance recently

Initially I will buy minimum required to enter then buy annual policy after for my peace of mind. No point paying additional money if I can buy a short term one

went to 5 banks in Ubon on 60 day tourist visa. Wanted marriage certificate or work permit or letter from embassy or retirement stamp in passport. Kept reminding myself to smile, maybe I'll be lucky next time 🙂
