Never mind the dogs - the Thais themselves !!! A friend was explaining to me that sleeping while at work, even in some office jobs, asleeping is an illness, and the work colleagues actually sympathise with the sleeper and wonder what hardships they have in their personal/homelife to cause this sleeping.
