Hi, 1st time to Thailand and flight booked for Friday 19th November. Got all below on phone and printed hard copy. Have I forgotten any forms/certificates?  Thanks

By the way, apart from arriving visa exempt (had applied and got 60 day visa and this was registered against application so I had to use) & T8 everything else is all I needed. I'll be doing it all again in January when I retire here. Morchana rubbish! Installed twice but still not gone all the way through registration, again no one asked to see it!

I think I got it from a link on UK thai embassy page. Printed & filled in, here 9 days and no one has asked me for it.

if required they will give you on arrival. Or google "thai airways T8 pdf" and printable copy there. Please note its free some websitez trying to charge for the form
