Apologies if that's a silly question, but to apply for Thailand pass, only JPG and PNG are allowed, which to my knowledge can only be 1 page long. Meaning even for insurance policy, we can only submit 1 page total?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The process for applying for the Thailand Pass involves submitting only JPG or PNG files, leading to questions about how to effectively present insurance documents. It is confirmed that only a single page is necessary, such as a page stating COVID cover details, rather than the entire policy. Various replies suggest practical methods, including photographing multiple pages, taking screenshots, or requesting a concise summary from the insurance provider to meet the submission requirements.
there is an option to add pdfs at the end of the application. I don't actually remember having to upload insurance policy. I think it just asked for Policy number and when it starts from.
Take a photo of the page that states "covid cover exceeding $50,000" and upload in jpeg form. Only insurance information I uploaded and accepted 1st time within 4 days. Print full insurance details sent by company you choose and take with you in case you need to claim
I don’t know why people don’t just use royal vacations dmc to do it all for the sake of 40£ extra all you need to do is email them passport photo and flight it’s all done in 5 days
