It’s puzzling why you separate just that one non-pre-existing condition (covid) out from all the thousands of other risks, and claim that it only covers that one.
Before, you said, “basically it only covers covid.” That is not not true. It covers covid plus all the other diseases that you did not then have when you took out the insurance policy.
Now you are saying that insurance should cover known issues. Insurance is principally designed to cover possible expenses - not certainties.
If an insurance company was going to cover existing conditions, then it would have to charge a significantly higher premium.
