New man in Mahasarakham wanted copies of everything I mentioned above.. I went today with just my passport (as usual) I thought it was me getting forgetful...only saving grace was they let me use the photocopying machine in their office with a donation to the tip jar....

Mark only telling how it is in my country...yes population registry can mean birth certificate in a lot of countries... sorry just a slight error on my part...I'm sure the op will get what he needs to achieve his I'd and yellow book status he was 90% there :-)
