I'm doing my first 12 month visa extension for marriage to a Thai national at the end of the month when my 400000 will be seasoned (presently on the last 90 days of my multi o) could someone give advise on what documents I will need to take with me to Mahasarakham Immigration? Thanks :-)

Make sure the letter from the bank shows the balance on the day your applying and also that it shows the funds are there for the required time.

Keep your neighbours on good terms as immigration will be out to visit you at your home and will want to talk to the neighbours whose references you have used.

They will come and take some pictures of you and your wife doing some household jobs. We were asked to pose sweeping the floor and loading the washing machine 😂😂

Nearly every thing you took to get your wifes visa . 3 photos of you and nok in side your house , Noks id card and blue book Marrage certif, proof of money with letter from bank, map from your house to immigration office hand drawn with directions and road names photo copies of your passport showing your entry slip , your details and your expirery . Get 2 copies of everything , I dont know about your immigation Ken but mine wants the letter from the bank on the day Good luck Ken i always forget some thing will send but im sure theres plenty of good ppl will tell you first

Yes ken im with Bankok bank and they charge me 100 baht just give your bank book to the csshier she,ll type a letter confirming that your monies are o k
