Hi I hope I got this correct could someone clarify I have or not :-

I'm on a multi non o immigrant visa which expires 2nd June 2017 instead of doing a border bounce on the 27th April last I extended at the local immigration office for 60 days which expires 27th June.

I'm still going to border bounce one last time tomorrow at Nong Khai to get the last 90 days.

I want to extend this again for 12 months with an extension based on marriage to a Thai national...I have the required funds in a Thai bank which will be seasoned in another 6 weeks...I was going to apply for this 30 days before the end of the 90 days....please tell me if I'm correct in what I'm doing otherwise back to the drawing board.....I live Mahasarakham Province. Hope someone can understand my post :-)

yep, you can apply for your yearly extension when ever your money is seasoned enough..

okay, as long as you border-bounce before the 2 June, (which I take it is the "enter before" date on the visa itself) you'll get another 90 day admitted until stamp.

You won't be able to apply for a 30 day extension on a Non-O because there is not one available.

The only extension you "might" be able to apply for would be another 60 day visit family extension, BUT some immigration offices allow it only ONCE per visa, not once per entry like the rule is written (and it appears you've extended once for this reason on the current visa you have. It's gonna be up to the immigration office you go to whether they'll let you get another 60 extension.

Just so you know the money in the bank based on marriage to a thai national has to be seasoned, for 2 months prior to your application for a yearly extension of stay.

Hope that helps some, if I've misunderstood, post back and I'll do my best.
