I know when I was paying for ins in Dec my bank told me it was Visa that were blocking the payment because it was to a foreign company.

Hilton has a great pool that leads onto the beach. But rooms have beach view not beach accessible.

no he needs it for reentry permit if he gets it immigration office. I'm explaining how to get both at airport before departure.

you can get one at your check-in desk and then proceed to reentry counter. Ive done that in the past

What are the best visa options for traveling and staying longer in Thailand while being visa exempt?

Each time you enter Thailand you need to apply for the Thailand pass. It's just like the passenger locator forms other countries require. There is not a lot of opportunities for travel between countries in the region, still a lot of restrictions. You would need to research their entry requirements thoroughly.
