What's the current situation with evisa application? Is it totally on hold or are they accepting applications but processing on hold? Just wondering if it's worth applying and being in a queue as such.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The current eVisa application system appears to be experiencing downtime, expected to last until November 16th. Some users report that applications can still be submitted without issue, particularly from the UK and Europe. However, caution is advised, with suggestions to wait until after maintenance is complete and to apply around November 20th. There are mixed experiences shared regarding the STV Visa, indicating it may complicate the application process.
Yes, they told maintenance will take place until the 16th of November then possibly slow roll out. I suggest apply around 20 th. I definitely don't recommend stv Visa to anyone. It kills the visa application momentum. Lots of back and forth document requests and resubmissions. TV is the way to go.
I’ve seen many reports of UK and EU e-visa delays. Some waiting since 1st Nov. I’m in the UK and applied for TR60 e-visa on 3rd Nov. Still ‘pending document check’. I don’t fly until end of Nov, so I’m just being patient. I assume they’re working through the backlog in order of departure flights.
I have received my Thai Pass , and still nothing from for e Visa ? I’m in UK and flying out on 18th and am awaiting confirmation of simple tourist visa ( I’ve paid also ) what is best advice mate ?
Thanks folks but panic over as I’ve just received it 👍👍I think it’s fear of the unknown is the killer but if you’ve uploaded docs correctly and given adequate time then
