What are the alternatives for booking Luma insurance besides Tune, and how can I resolve payment issues?

Has anyone else had issues booking the Luma insurance from Tune?

I have tried making the purchase through their website a bunch of times now and it wouldn't go through.

Called my bank and they are trying to charge me $5430 instead of 5430 baht!

AXA was my original choice but they just jacked up their price by more than 3000 baht

Is there other options that I'm missing?
