TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, as the owner of a condo, you can register for a TM30 online after returning from a trip abroad. You'll need to register as the owner first, upload necessary documents like a copy of your passport and the blue book, and then you can file for yourself. It's advisable to save a PDF of your registration as the system only retains search functionalities for 7 days.

You’ll need a copy of your passport and a copy of the blue book (must be under 2mb in size). You’ll get a password sent to your email.
Once in the system enter your house/condo details and then you can file for yourself at anytime.
said it only allows for searches of filings within the last 7 days so best to print the PDF when filed rather than waiting till you need it and have to re-file to get it.
