It seems the whole "Agency" Visas regardless of the Visa type is now under scrutiny.

I use a very well known agency for my marriage visa and they do my 90 day reports for me, normally I get the 90 day report back within 2-3 days but this time it has been 2 weeks and still nothing. Whenever I enquire they say that they are sorry and there is a delay due to the Chinese Mafia story.

I picked mine up in October, I had to wait around 16 weeks to receive it.

do you actually go to school ? and did you pay 1900 for the Visa ? Because if not then it's better the school deals with this for you.

I'm onto 11 weeks of waiting now, I rang HMPO in Liverpool to track the progress and they said it hadn't been looked as of yet, so I think it's gonna be at least another 4 or 5 weeks.

exactly that, i have Vaoed for 4 years here I've never been caught or had a problem but as you say I'm very careful as to where and when I vape.

true, so have I but I wouldn't recommend it to somebody who is asking for advice.

Many people do Thais included it is illegal though so don't walk around vaping like it's a cigarette be discreet and you will be fine.

And don't bring it through the airport buy once your here.

I don't think you can although I'm not 100% sure so i will be following this post with interest.

If you can't show the money then a agency will be another option for you but it's gonna cost you 20x more for the visa.

I think there is a 7 day over time but even if it was more than 7 days you will just be fined (not sure how much but it's not big money) and it wouldn't effect you getting another Visa.
