Hi, I'm planning to travel to the Thai Consuler/Embassy in Vientiane to do my Non O visa. You have to make an account online to book an appointment through there website. When I try to log in I get a message to say my account doesn't exist or is suspended. (it's a new account) I emailed them and they said my account is now activated but I am still receiving the same message when I log in, so i am unable to book anything.

I just want to ask if anybody else had this issue and if so how did you overcome it ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing difficulties logging in to their newly created account on the Thai Embassy's website in Vientiane to book an appointment for a Non O visa. Despite receiving confirmation that their account is activated, they continue to encounter error messages. Other users suggest troubleshooting methods such as trying different browsers, logging out and back in, and clearing the browser cache.

No, I've never booked a appointment or made an account before. I made this account last night. I emailed them and they said they have now activated the account but I'm still getting the same error. I will email them again and I'll try a computer to see if my phones the problem. Thank You.

I am not expert on your issue. Possibly others will have a solution for you. That's WHY I allowed this post on the forum.

yes, thank you for that. Hopefully someone's experienced it before, if they haven't then it must be an issue at my end and I'll have to try via a computer.
