@Marcus *****
why would he go to Thailand for a muay thai class whereas he could just take a class in his city and take a few pictures in a few minutes?

Just go to a gym and take pictures as they said. No need for experience, do your first class to show you're a minimum interested in muay thai.

Bonus points if you buy muay thai shorts or show a photo of yourself watching One Championship ahah! Issa is a great agency, listen to them, they're trying to make you have your DTV and that makes sense to be honest.

And if you don't even want to go to 1 muay thai class and have 0 interest in muay thai, save it for others who are really interested and maybe do another DTV like the thaï language or cooking one.

6 months most of the time. I saw less in Phuket. But don't overthink it and just do it. By the time you will make all the research you would already have your DTV. Look at Elite Fight Club in Bkk, they're used to people doing DTVs.

I have no idea sorry, I am french so I did it with my french embassy - it was very quick (10 days). It depends on how busy they are I guess. Also, they had the list of all the elements needed for passport renewal pinned on the wall, maybe it's the same with your embassy? That's why I advised to go there to be sure.

Yes, just go to the British embassy in Bangkok and book an appointment - it's easy, no need to pay extra for intermediates

You usually don't want to plan an overstay. Best way to have problems.
