yes not always, took only an hour to do myself but already had the paperwork translated to English so can take longer if u need to get translations done

yes, lots of photos and all the paperwork we have so fingers crossed now. Thankfully we still had the old refusal letter so were able to address each of the reasons they mentioned

we beeen together 8 years now and have a 4 year old Son, only income is what I provide and that is paid weekly into her account. We have now just finished building a coffee shop and restaurant but not trading yet so no income from that but now have the paper work to say she owns property & land so fingers crossed on our latest application for her

yes fully understand that as i was same initially and the whole process fogged my brain at first. Now having done a few i find it very simple
