yea I understand that, just not heard of anyone testing positive when due to leave, only hearing stories of people testing positive on arrival

I think it's because if they test positive they don't actually leave and they know they can't come so don't bother engaging on FB.

yes what I mean is people leaving Thailand to go home, heard of lots of cases where people test positive before coming or once they get here but none the other way round. Guessing they would just automatically extend visa if need be

would be a right nightmare as would need to change flights etc and all at very short notice as for the UK test needed within 48hrs but just find it strange have heard of No cases of that actually happening.... here's hoping I'm not the first now I have said that :)

was one recently. Lady coming with family and at the departure airport her son tested positive so everything got canceled.
