also seen a few refusal letters letters now and none mention the reasons u mention. Normally todo with income and available funds and no real reason to return

the agent we used, wont mention them by name, refused to pay back money, just said next application will be free, they then told us there was a 3 month wait for Bangkok appointment. Did application ourselves and got a Bangkok appointment for the following week so guess we chose a dodgy Agency

fully understand as I was same at first but really is simple if u have the nesaccery paperwork. Took me about an hour to do partners for visa to the UK, and then a trip to Bangkok for bio metrics, takes me a little less time to do my own from UK and never had a problem... Jury still out on partners application but should get an answer in about a weeks time, was told 14 days a week ago

to be honest i found it more hassle going through an agent than I found doing it for myself on line in bed with my phone

yes can see the advantage there and know a few on retirement visas that dont actually have the nesaccery funds

I was one of those using an agent as for some reason thought it was too much hassle to do myself. Now do my own and just done my partners. The process very simple on line. As for agents saying guaranteed acceptance, well thats just nonsense and no way can they guarantee it...as I found out at a cost of bht lol
