1,900 at immigration.. easy .. only downside is queue .. no big deal surely

From Australia? you will get a visa waiver for 60 days on arrival , so shouldn’t need to do anything 😉

When you checked in at your hotel , you gave them your passport , correct ? . They then register you .. it’s their responsibility.. and how did immigration contact you anyway ?
