yes totally possible and of course the proper way to go....but u know things happen and ppl prefer to use the loopholes. Thailand is full of loopholes which is why many live there. Im a loophole type of gal lol. U know how many speeding tickets i never got in thailand cause of loopholes lol

he wouldnt get an overstay stamp cause there is no overstay (but double check the laws - this was how it was for many years. My sister had her kids here for 11 yrs this way - so did many others) cant break a law that isnt one

But u can get a family visa for him because he is ur family up to u how u go about it. Thats why its the land of smiles - so many ways to accomplish something

Anyone under 12, there is no overstay or banishment (or at least that was the rules before) ive known people who have had no visa for their kids from 0 to 11

im a delta member with the american express delta card.....refunds are instant and changes are instant (no extra fees)...so i stick to them :) for small flights around asia though i use air asia etc

Yes the airline wont let u on from ur port of departure. U can buy a cheap 30 dollar ticket from bangkok to phom penh..use it or throw it away up to you
