TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the possibility of obtaining a family visa for their husband and children while they will be studying in Bangkok on an education visa for four years. The comments raised questions about the children's ages and schooling, as well as the nationality of the user and the legal status of their marriage.

also, my husband will qualify for a retirement visa too by then. ..so that is an option if the kids can follow him on that.

by that time my son will be 7 and the little one will be 1. The elder one whill be doing homeschooling through the United States and will have private tutoring in Bangkok. No plans to enroll him unless things don't pan out for homeschool.
